In 2023, there are 3 ways to apply online for the BISP/Ehsaas nashonuma program:

• Install the App – Get the Ehsaas App and register for an account.
• If you have an original CNIC, you can register at the Ehsaas facility in your area.
• Apply for the 2023 registration online through the 8171 web portal.
• You can send an SMS to 8171, which is your CNIC number.
• Also, to apply online, fill out the online registration form at pass.gov.pk.
