- Copy of last 6 months’ utility Bills like (Bijli, electricity, Gas, Telephone, or water) (If applicable)
- Case of a rented house, then a Copy of the agreement
- Copies of Applicant and siblings of last fees (If applicable)
- Copy of medical bills or expenditures documents (If applicable)
- 01 Photo of passport size of Applicant

Ineligibility Conditions:
A student will be ineligible if found.
- already scholarship held
- I am enrolled in any affiliate college or university.
- Admission has already been taken in evening classes on self-finance.
- Students who have already passed higher education of 2 years, like a master mphil degree, are not eligible for a BA Bsc degree.
- All the semester passes, and without a pass can’t go into any other program.
